Questions

What counts as a signal?

One unique, actionable signal delivered to your bridge. Polling the same signal again does not use another. A delivered signal counts even if your broker rejects the order.

When does my allowance reset?

At the start of each monthly billing period. Unused signals do not roll over.

What happens when I run out?

New signals stop being delivered until your next monthly period, or until you move to a bigger plan (contact us and we’ll switch it). Research, scanning and paper trading keep working.

How do I pay for a plan?

There is no online payment. Choose a plan above and send us the Contact Us form. We’ll get in touch to set up your plan. Billed monthly; we’ll contact you to renew. We switch your plan on by hand once that is done.
