Prepaid plans

Plans are one-off prepaid for a period and do not renew automatically, so there is nothing to cancel. Access ends on the date shown in your account dashboard or billing page unless you pay for another period. Unused signal allowances do not roll over.

Refund policy

The operator must publish the applicable refund policy before accepting live payments.

Consumer rights

This policy does not remove any mandatory consumer rights under applicable law, including withdrawal rights where they apply. Starting to use the service is not treated by this application as an automatic waiver of those rights. Contact support for a cancellation, withdrawal or refund request; include your account email and payment reference, never a password, provider token or full card number.
